Amanda Sillars has the lived experience of being alienated from her mother during childhood (her mother tragically took her life as a result) and then alienated from her children in adulthood, now reunified. She has helped countless individuals affected by coercion, gatekeeping and alienating behaviours through her support groups, education and advocacy.
Navigating the intricate web of alienation, Amanda extends her impact through vibrant social media channels and as the driving force behind the Eeny Meeny Miney Mo Foundation. Here, she imparts crucial knowledge to alienated family members and practitioners, shedding light on coercion, gatekeeping and alienation dynamics, guiding them through the complexities of these challenges, and offering actionable strategies to cope and reunify in a child-focused manner. Amanda Sillars doesn't just share insights; she empowers and transforms lives.
